1. The Integrity of Perishables Due to the exclusive and perishable nature of our Japanese seasonal commissions, we do not accept traditional returns. Once a curation has left the controlled environment of our Tokyo logistics center, its provenance can no longer be guaranteed for re-sale.

2. The Concierge Resolution We operate with a "Zero-Defect" goal. However, if your curation arrives in a condition that does not meet the Yummy Munchie Standard, we will resolve the matter immediately.

Eligibility for Resolution:

• Thermal Compromise: Visible evidence that the cold-chain was broken or items arrived spoiled.

• Transit Damage: Significant structural damage to the heritage packaging or contents.

• Curation Error: Receipt of an item other than what was commissioned.

• Logistical Failure: Orders lost in transit or confirmed delivered significantly past the guaranteed window.

3. Notification Protocol To maintain the integrity of our investigation with our logistics partners, please notify the Concierge Team within 24 hours of delivery.
