Corporate Partnership Standards 

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): To ensure optimal multi-recipient dispatch and bespoke customization, our corporate allocation orders begin at a minimum requirement of 8 crates per order.

  • Production & Payment Structure: Orders are confirmed and scheduled upon receipt of an 80% production deposit (with the remaining 20% balance settled upon completion of photographic Quality Control). Because all curations are direct-sourced from seasonal Japanese harvests and custom-built with bespoke metal hardware, deposits are strictly non-refundable once production and material allocation commence.
  • Quality Control & Dispatch: Prior to final dispatch, our team provides comprehensive photographic quality control (QC) verification. Final balance clearance is settled prior to secure international transit.
  • Deposit & Cancellation Terms: All deposits are strictly non-refundable once processed. Because your order was immediately committed to Japanese sourcing and bespoke custom packaging (metal logo plates and stationery) tailored exclusively for your firm, those material and procurement costs have already been incurred.
  • Alternative Solutions: Should plans shift, we can retain your deposit as a credit for any future corporate gifting projects over the next 6 months, or proceed with full production and dispatch your crates as originally scheduled.
