Indemnification: By placing an order with Yummy Munchie, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yummy Munchie from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your failure to review allergen disclosures, or any allergic reactions experienced by final recipients of your corporate gifts.
