At Yummy Munchie, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure every order is delivered fresh and correctly, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
1. Perishable Product Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered and opened.
However, if your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

The product was damaged or spoiled upon arrival

Your order was lost in transit

The item was delivered after its expiration date
To qualify, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Opened or partially consumed food

Gift cards or vouchers
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.
To cancel, email info@yummy-munchie.com as soon as possible with your order number.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, unless the item you received is incorrect or defective. In that case, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
