At Yummy Munchie, we provide a professional personal shopping and global logistics service. We source the finest "Harrods-equivalent" luxury snacks directly from Japanโs elite department stores and dispatch them via our dedicated Tokyo-based 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partner.
1. Boutique Pricing & Service Fees
To maintain our "at-cost" sourcing model and white-glove delivery experience, we use a transparent fee structure:

Japanese Retail Price: All snacks are priced at their original Japanese boutique retail value. We do not markup the food products.

Boutique Sourcing & Staffing Fee (12%): This fee is applied to the product total at checkout. It covers the end-to-end curation process, including personal shopping in Tokyo's elite boutiques, hand-selecting your items, performing quality control,ย managing your order through our 3PL facility, andย securing transit to our international export hub.

Standard Global Concierge Fee ($225 USD): This flat-rate fee covers professional 3PL fulfillment, premium export packaging, and express priority air freight.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): This fee also includes all destination import duties and local taxes. You will never receive an additional bill from customs or the courier.

3. Order Minimums & Weight Tiers

Minimum Order Value: $150 USD is required for all orders to maintain boutique sourcing standards.

Weight Tiers: Our standard Global Fee covers packages up to 2kg.

Orders exceeding 2.0kg will incur a weight-based surcharge of $20 USD per additional kg to cover 3PL volumetric costs.

4. Shipment Tracking
Once our 3PL partner in Tokyo has packed and dispatched your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. As we use premium express carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS), tracking updates are typically available within 12 hours.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Your snacks are professionally packed in reinforced 3PL export boxes. However, if an item arrives damaged:

6. Address Integrity
Due to the high-speed nature of our 3PL fulfillment, address amendments cannot be made once an order is placed.Please verify your shipping details carefully. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.

At Yummy Munchie, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure every order is delivered fresh and correctly, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.
1. Perishable Product Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered and opened.
However, if your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, weโre happy to offer a replacement or refund, subject to the conditions below.

5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order is processed, cancellations are no longer possible.

We currently do not offer exchanges, unless the item you received is incorrect or defective. In that case, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
